1.كيف تطلب إغلاق حسابك
أمامك طريقتان:
من داخل التطبيق — الطريقة الأسرع:
- افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول، ثم انتقل إلى شاشة حسابك.
- اضغط «حذف الحساب» واقرأ التنبيه ثم أكّد.
- أدخل رمز التحقق المكوّن من 4 أرقام الذي يصلك عبر واتساب.
يتم الإغلاق فور قبول الرمز.
عبر مراسلتنا — إن لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً لديك:
أرسل بريداً إلى [email protected] بعنوان «طلب إغلاق حساب»،
متضمناً رقم الهاتف المسجّل واسم المتجر.
2.كيف نتحقق من هويتك
نتحقق دائماً عبر رقم الهاتف المسجّل في الحساب، بإرسال رمز تحقق إلى واتساب على ذلك الرقم. لا نعالج أي طلب إغلاق دون إتمام هذا التحقق، حمايةً لحسابك من الإغلاق بيد غيرك.
3.ماذا يحدث لحسابك وبياناتك
يُغلق الحساب إغلاقاً دائماً، فلا تعود قادراً على تسجيل الدخول إليه.
لا يمكن استخدام رقم هاتفك لإنشاء حساب جديد، ولا توجد مهلة تنتهي بعدها. إعادة فتح الحساب تتطلب التواصل مع خدمة العملاء — لا توجد وسيلة ذاتية للرجوع.
تُحفظ سجلات الشحنات والمدفوعات استيفاءً لالتزاماتنا المحاسبية والقانونية ولمنع الاحتيال.
نوضّح ذلك صراحةً حتى تتخذ قرارك وأنت على بيّنة: هذه العملية إغلاق دائم للحساب، وليست محواً كاملاً لكل أثر له في أنظمتنا.
4.حالات قد نرفض فيها الإغلاق مؤقتاً
قد يُرفض الطلب ما دامت على الحساب التزامات قائمة:
- شحنات قيد التنفيذ لم تُسلَّم أو تُلغَ بعد.
- رصيد غير مسوّى في المحفظة.
- طلب تسوية مالية قيد المعالجة.
في هذه الحالات نبيّن لك السبب والمبلغ أو العدد المعني. بعد معالجة السبب يمكنك إعادة الطلب من جديد.
5.المدة الزمنية
- من داخل التطبيق: فوري بعد إدخال رمز التحقق.
- عبر البريد: نؤكد استلام طلبك خلال 7 أيام، ونكمل المعالجة خلال 30 يوماً على الأكثر.

إن رغبت في محو بياناتك الشخصية لا مجرد إغلاق الحساب، راسلنا على [email protected] موضّحاً طلبك. سننظر فيه ونستجيب في حدود ما تسمح به التزاماتنا القانونية والمحاسبية، ونبيّن لك ما يمكن محوه وما يجب الاحتفاظ به ولماذا.

1.How to request account closure
There are two ways:
From inside the app — the fastest route:
- Open the app, sign in, and go to your account screen.
- Tap “Delete account”, read the notice, and confirm.
- Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to you over WhatsApp.
Closure takes effect as soon as the code is accepted.
By contacting us — if you no longer have the app installed:
email [email protected] with the subject “Account closure request”, including your
registered phone number and store name.
2.How we verify your identity
We always verify using the phone number registered to the account, by sending a verification code to that number over WhatsApp. No closure request is processed without completing this verification, so that nobody else can close your account.
3.What happens to your account and data
The account is closed permanently — you will no longer be able to sign in.
Your phone number cannot be used to create a new account, and there is no waiting period after which it becomes available. Reopening the account requires contacting customer support; there is no self-service route back.
Shipment and payment records are retained to meet our accounting and legal obligations and to prevent fraud.
We state this plainly so your decision is informed: this is a permanent closure of the account, not a complete erasure of every trace of it from our systems.
4.When closure may be temporarily refused
A request may be refused while the account still has open obligations:
- Shipments in progress that have not yet been delivered or cancelled.
- An unsettled wallet balance.
- A financial settlement request still being processed.
In these cases we tell you the reason and the amount or number involved. Once resolved, you can submit the request again.
5.Timing
- In-app: immediate, once the verification code is entered.
- By email: we acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete processing within 30 days at most.
6.Requesting erasure of personal data
If you want your personal data erased rather than only the account closed, email [email protected] describing your request. We will review it and respond within the limits of our legal and accounting obligations, explaining what can be erased and what must be retained and why.
